Please understand that every phone case is handmade and there can be small imperfections. Each piece is placed on individually by me and takes quite some time to complete the product. Also please keep in mind that this phone case is not meant to protect your phone, it is a fashion piece. 

This is the opportunity for you to create a custom case by telling me what phone model and what theme you would like. Once you tell me those details you will leave the rest up to me to put the pieces together and create your custom case. Name plates can be added to each phone case at an additional cost.   • Shipping Policy

    We process all orders within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the day that your order is placed. If you place a pre-order, your order will process within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) that the product is in stock. Most orders are shipped via USPS and can take up to 4-7 days to deliver from order processing date. There is a confirmation email sent to you with the email provided during checkout when your order has been processed and any other status related communication such as shipping information.
